NORTHWEST SUBBASIN GEOGRAPHIC DATA BROWSER INTRODUCTION

The Data Browser was developed to help integrate the Northwest Power and Conservation Council’s Subbasin Planning efforts with implementation of Biological Opinions under the Endangered Species Act.  The goal is to provide easy Internet access to regionally consistent spatial data in the public domain.

In addition to mapping, query and reporting functions, you can also download or extract data layers based on geographic extent.  Please refer to the online help for more information on the Browser's capabilities and use.  We would appreciate any feedback you have – use the "Comments" button in the toolbar above the map.

DATA BROWSER USE

The SUBBASIN DATA BROWSER is best viewed at a minimum screen resolution of 800 X 600 pixels and at least 65536 colors. However, those users with slower connections may choose the lower resolution viewer (640x480) if performance is too slow. To view your current screen resolution and color depth, click here. Please choose your options from the form on the left side of this page.
