4/22/04:
- Upgraded IMF to 4.06.12. - Highlights: Print quality much improved with new 8.5 x 11" and 11 x 17" templates; new select query routines with query builder and attribute examples.

3/04/04:
- Updated metadata for BPA produced data layers.
- Added ability to save map sessions and bookmark them to browser favorites or send an e-mail link.
